Our fully airconditioned conference room is equipped with the following:

1. 250 mbps wifi - 200 Mbps + 50 mbps backup

2. Soundproof insulation for your privacy

3. 43 inch television with HDMI and USB ports

4. LED Projector

5. A desktop computer

6. Glass panel (instead of a whiteboard)

7. Space can accommodate 12-15 people at a time.

8. An elevated stage to further emphasize your presentation.

There is no minimum number of hours required for renting the space.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Conference Rooms must be booked two weeks in advance.
2. We accept pencil bookings, however, to reserve the timeslot, we require 50% downpayment paid through bank transfer or cash.
3. Projectors are available for use at P300/hr, otherwise, you can bring your own at no additional charge.
4. We advise that the noise level during your conference is maintained at reasonable levels to avoid affecting the experience of other coworking space community members.
5. Bringing alcohol is not allowed. 
6. Bringing outside food is allowed but we have the right to refuse bringing smelly foods as this might disrupt the coworking community experience.
6. We practice self-service, and clean as you go.
7. Each person attending the event must be registered in the reception area.
