Want to meet privately with your friends and peers? In need of a workshop room? Our conference room is perfect for it all. We are offering our fully equipped conference room for 3 hours at the discounted price of P1700.
Our fully airconditioned conference room is equipped with the following:
1. High-speed internet powered by PLDT Fibr and Converge. 250 Mbps wifi - 200 Mbps PLDT + 50 Mbps backup Converge
2. Soundproof insulation for your privacy
3. 43-inch television with HDMI and USB ports
4. LED Projector
5. A Desktop, Laptop, or Ring Light rental
6. Glass panel (instead of a whiteboard)
7. Space that can accommodate 8-15 people at a time.
8. An elevated stage to further emphasize your presentation.
9. Unlimited coffee and filtered water
10. Access to pantry area with refrigerator and microwave for your packed meals
11. No corkage fees for any outside food/beverage
12. Relaxing, clean, and calm environment
13. Access to our garden/break area (no smoking)
14. Access to printers, scanners, fax
15. The area is secured with access doors that limit access to only members and guests. We have 24 hours CCTV monitoring
Note: There is no minimum number of hours required for renting the space.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Conference Rooms must be booked two weeks in advance.
2. We accept pencil bookings, however, to reserve the timeslot, we require a 50% down payment paid through bank transfer or cash.
3. We advise that the noise level during your conference be maintained at reasonable levels to avoid affecting the experience of other coworking space community members.
4. Bringing alcohol is not allowed.
5. Bringing outside food is allowed but we have the right to refuse to bring smelly foods as this might disrupt the coworking community experience.
6. We practice self-service, and clean as you go.
7. Each person attending the event must be registered in the reception area.
